He has owned and managed short-term vacation rentals in Palm Springs for the past 10+ years, handling everything from managing the bookings, arranging cleaning between renters, hiring handymen to complete repairs and remodeling projects and keeping in compliance with the city's requirements.
Prior to getting into real estate, Mike was a divisional merchandise manager for fortune 500 companies including Amazon.com, Target and Marshall Field’s. With 20+ years of corporate experience, Mike understands both follow-up and follow-through!
