Service Description

* Set up listings on Airbnb, VRBO and other portals

* Communicate with guests to complete reservation

* Check-in & check-out for vacation rentals

* Replenish supplies (not including cost of supplies)

* Meeting service personnel

* Running faucets/flushing toilets

* Local contact for city and/or alarm company

* Processing Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)

* Fee based on a percentage of the gross nightly rent
